How to change team name in Fantasy Baseball?

I've seen this question in other posts, and they say there's a drop-down menu under "My Team" and in there you can Edit Team Settings. However, I when I go to "My Team" it gives just two options, Overview and Pre-Draft Rankings. I am not assigned to a league yet; does that have to happen first? And do I have to change draft status to ready before joining a league?

    For yahoo leagues,,click your avatar,to get into settings..The change team name option is at the top of that page.

    You'll have the option to change the name after your team is in a league and has drafted.

    If you are in a league for the mentally handicapped, then the options available to you are limited.  This appears to be what's happening in your case.
