how to fix my sleep schedule?

studying and assessments kinda messed up my sleep schedule so i havent been sleeping properly. because i havent been sleeping properly i have been getting sick and i have been getting scared more easy. its an annoying cycle, and im super scared cause its 2am and every small noise seems to wake me up and i get scared and then i cant sleep more. i need sleep, how?

    Try an over the counter sleep aid like tynolyol PM or Melatonin. Don't give up

He's the therapist who headed a university lifestyle-depression project and developed a program. Bright light in the early morning is the best thing for regulating your sleep schedule.     Wake up when your alarm goes off, no exceptions. If you are too tired, it will just make it easier to fall asleep that night. Also, blue light exposure in the evening has a significant impact on delaying melatonin production.
