IF MY MOM HAS A TRUST FOR MY SISTER and her house is listed in the revocable or non revocable trust for that one sister however in moms Will it states all assets are to be divided between 3 of moms children , what happens in the end ?

Sorry, but this is incoherent (which is why nobody has answered). If you have to ask it again, you need to know whether the trust is revocable or non-revocable. There's a very big difference. Also, you need to ask it in the banking and finance section.
