There's this dude in my class who keeps chatting w/ me which i don't mind but he keeps hinting & like acting tuff and stuff which I'm like wtf anyways i keep calling him bro for gazillion times but he's like don't call me bro & I'm like keep insisting he's a good friend but he still keeps hinting how can i politely keep him just as a friend?

You just tell him that you value his friendship and ....that's ALL ! If he doesn't want you to call him "bro", don't do it. Be respectful of his wishes. This whole thing will pass soon enough, as relationships do when you're a teenager.

Yea just cut him off, whats the point of friendship if he likes you romantically ? Tell him you dont like him romantically and nothing between us will ever happen.

Say you're not interested and you onlyveant to be friends, if he cant handle that then you will stop talking to him.
