Most likely indefinitely. It is usually stored in liquid nitrogen. The longest semen has actually been stored was 55 years, and the spermatocytes were still viable.

We don't know yet. It does not appear to degrade substantially at liquid nitrogen temperatures. There have been cases of births from sperm frozen for 40 years.
