Software to calculate area?
What is good a software to calculate the area of the leaf in the picture?
Update:
Suppose that baseline is h=361px, w=472px ,(127mm x 166mm), resolution, 72dpi
Next time I will scan a leaf with a ruler on the its side.

Whatever you do you would first have to define the size of the leaf. Is your picture 4x5 or 17X22.
Without a baseline to the size of the leaf it is impossible to determine the "area"
