You're lying. If you fill out a form with your name, you have to show an ID to prove you are who you say you are.

If you can do it through the mail why do you need an ID? Your sensitive information was already used to request the forms. Everyone already uses ID. To require a driver's license is an issue. Not everyone drives.

I didn't show ID and I got my vaccine. I just filled out the form and voila.
CVS, kroger, and many other pharmacies explicitly state they will not ask for ID. Stop & shop supermarket only checks IDs if instructed to do so by individual states. You can verify this on your own. But no, I'm not a liar.
