Why is it so "WRONG" for web-site creation tools to list set up directions using basic, HUMAN, English? What is wrong with on-line communications being the same as face-to-face communications? Why is this a "crime"????

It's not "wrong" and it's not a "crime". Just because something isn't commonly done, doesn't mean it's wrong or criminal.
