Does Islam promote being barefoot since wash feet five times a day?

Update:

Update is I've washed my feet once a year as a child. As a grown up I wash my feet once a week. They sweat. Even got between the toes. I'm 18+ years. So I have washed my feet over 20 times. 

Update 2:

Update two I'm joking.  I have washed my feet hundreds of times. Over 100

    It is indecent to pray whilst wearing shoes or sandals.

    Also, how would you wash your feet if you don't remove your shoes

    Do you know when and how they wash their feet five times a day, it shows to me that you never wash your feet since you were born. Please see this gentleman how he did with Islam. Michael H. Hart.
