People are the problem so people must be the solution when they are ready but that requires PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and ACTION in their CONDUCT on their part...

There is no solution for gun violence. Guns are not violent. People are.

If we want to survive a gun attack, the elimination of rapid-fire military assault weapons would be a wise start---and also eliminating high-capacity ammo clips as was done for the Brady Bill.  When a mass murderer has to stop and reload the weapon, as happened at the bipartisan "Meet and Greet" gathering of well-liked Congresswoman Gabby Gifford, someone has time to knock the weapon out of the murder's hands (as happened at Gabby Gifford's gathering).  Without that rapid fire, targeted people might have a chance to duck for cover.

There is no solution any object can be used as a weapon for instance you can use a rope you can strangle somebody you could fill a coke bottle up with water freeze it let it turn to ice and then beat someone's brains up yes a gun is more powerful and will definitely kill someone but then you have nail guns you have staple guns you have airsoft guns you have all different kinds of things that can kill people you even have cars trucks even boats so in the end there's really no solution to stopping violence

The restraint of people who choose violence.  The weapon is irrelevant.
