No, and you can't find that language in any state election law INCLUDING the new Georgia law to save your life! If anything, this is about Dems not thinking minorities capable of doing the same voting activities as Whites can do.

Absolutely. Just because people have the freedom to vote doesn’t mean that they should be allowed to use their freedom to vote for whoever they want.   

Should elections have integrity, chain of custody of ballots, signature verification, poll watchers and be free of private money greasing the skids?  If you disagree you are likely a partisan in favor of cheating the vote.

Idk but I plan to vote democrat but we'll have to see what happens first, let's see what happens when August comes around
