Is it possible that we will see Woods out there with cart one day like Casey Martin?
Update:
Some sponsor will pay for him to use his exemptions even if he shoots 96.
Update 2:
I'm not sure it makes any difference from the POV of employment law if he was born that way, or was in an accident.

No, because Casey Martin had a degenerative problem in his leg. He was literally born with it. Woods injured himself.
