    Cities are not racist. People are. Cities in Texas now have people from all over the world. Houston has huge populations of Vietnamese, Middle Easterners, South Americans, etc. Austin is widely considered the most liberal city in Texas- it's a college town, but growing rapidly. Why do you ask?
