Is it constitutional for Florida Governor DuSantis to stop businesses from requiring masks be worn?

Update:

If a private business that makes cakes can refuse service to a customer that's gay, why a business refuse service to a customer that comes in mask-less practically masturbating on their front lawn?

Yes, and he’s also stopping them from requiring vaccines. We are lucky to have him.

Is it actually constitutional to declare masks must be worn in the first place?

I so desperately want there to be a business that claims that they require masks for religious reasons.
