If Jesus existed, he could not have risen from the dead on Easter because Easter didn't exist.  Of course, honest people know that there is no real evidence that Jesus existed, and, even if a man with that name was crucified, the idea that he could rise from the dead is absurd -- and it's NOT a requirement for the Jewish Messiah to do so.

Jesus rose from the Dead. Truth.

People choose to celebrate that event on EASTER.

    Get over it.

    thats what the bible says

No. Jesus rose from the dead on the fist day of the week (Sunday) after Passover, Nisan 14. (Easter is a pagan holiday of fertility, named for the goddess Aestarte.

  • God resurrected Jesus Christ on the third day following his death, He died on the Jewish calendar what corresponds to Sunday, March 28th on our calendar. What people celebrate as Easter is not always the day Jesus Christ was resurrected on, once in a while it does, but more often it does not.

There's no verifiable evidence it happened

But that's what the story insists happened.
