If you were on the Allies side in WW2 and did war crimes, can you use it to neutralize Nazi war crimes in a court?

Can you use it to get Nazis out of trouble. Saying because the Russians and other Allied troops committed war crimes against the German people and got away with it. However, since the Allies won the war, they can get away with it and there is a double standard. Why is this the case? Also, can this be used somehow to get Nazis out of trouble?

No, that wouldn't be a valid defense for either side.

For the most part, the war crimes are done, because most of the people have died off by now.
