Do you think the USA allowed itself to be overtaken by liberals ?

I think maybe conservatives shoved their agenda that didn't work down our throats and this is what the result is. 

The USA already is a partially-socialistic country.   That’s how we pay for our:  roads,  bridges,  schools,  hospitals,  libraries,  fire departments,  police departments,  health departments,  etc, etc.   

The US was started by liberals, for liberals. 

Conservatives have done nothing but hold the US back since it's founding. 

And what is your version of a USA "overtaken by liberals",, I'm curious as to what you think that would be like.

Yep. That's why "majority rule" sucks.

Tbis presumes that the liberals were some sort of an outside force. Liberals took control, they didnt allow themselves to take over
