When the Chinese proper in US with their Chinatown’s, why is there not also an Africa town for the various black community? ?

Have shops, stores and restaurants selling imported traditional food, drink, gifts, clothes woodcraft, jewellery, music CD’s of local rap bands and traditional products from all across the African continent. Egypt, Morocco, Cape Verde, Seychelles, Mozambique and Mauritius is also all part of Africa.   

The Greek, Korean, Japanese and Jewish Communities in the US do it as well.

After all, are the people in Oakland so different to that of the people of Johannesburg?
