How to take in a dress no sew?

Im running behind on prom dress alterations and I suck at sewing I just want my dress taken in a little around the waist or have it be a little tighter more fitting around my waist.  If anyone has any ideas on how to make it tighter around the waist  let me know I’m inserting a picture.

    spend the money and take it to a tailor. some dry cleaners have them.
