Why do you think the death of George Floyd was murder rather than an unfortunate accident ?

We all know in the moment strange things can happen as fast as a bolt of lightening, what can be gained by revenge against this officer who at the time thought he was doing the right thing without premeditation of murdering Floyd.

An unfortunate accident. Those police did not mean to kill him. It is NOT a case of MURDER! we've already forgotten that mr floyd was committing a CRIME he wasn an innocent man. Here in New York back in december of 2019 a BLACK man Grafton Thomas barged into a jewish home with a machete and started hacking up people. How is that not a hate crime. Because hes black? And the people were jewish?

A cop kneeled on his neck for over 9 minutes. That was no accident.

Whenever you have thoughts like that, you should think "hmmm would my views on this issue be the same if the police officer had done that to my father or my kid?" I highly doubt you would have been okay with someone you know and love, pleading for his life, losing consciousness, peeing himself and then ultimately dying because a man decided to put his whole weight on their neck for 9+ minutes.

Bolt of lightning last 9 1/2 minutes now?

I am willing to let the trial run it's course. But someone died. That needs to be addressed. There need to be consequences for people's actions - it *maybe* judged to be manslaughter .... but even manslaughter has to have consequences

Nothing is going to change your mind.

Not the video. Not the sworn statements.

We get it: You rejoice when a Black person is killed.

I don't. No cop with even a sliver of a brain cell would purposely  kill someone  in front numerous witnesses.

It was at least a reckless disregard for a human beings life that lead to his death.  Revenge isn't a factor, this is about justice.  I do sympathize with GOOD police officers for the incredibly tough job they have, but cops like him are what give those officers a bad name.
