I doubt the clinic said they “think your pregnant” if in doubt they would have ran bloods which shows a 100% answer! 

This makes no sense. Doctors do a much more definitive test, They would know for sure whether you are pregnant. I have never heard of a case where it took an ultrasound to know if a pregnancy existed or not. Anyway, if you are pregnant, you need to be seeing an OB/GYN- at the clinic if that's the only way you can do it. Contact the Planned Parenthood office nearest you- they will know what the possibilities are for financial help with the birth- you may be eligible for Medicaid, for example, or there may be a program in your state. Typically, the doctor is connected to a particular hospital, and that's where you'll give birth. You don't need to worry about baby stuff for a while. The only things you need before the baby is born is a car seat (they won't let you take the baby home from the hospital without one), a safe place for the baby to sleep, and some diapers. You'll be giving birth in the winter, so a few "receiving blankets" and a few onesies with feet would be good. There are lots of resources online to tell you what to expect through your pregnancy, and after the baby is born. 

A positive test is rarely "wrong".  HOWEVER - many women tend to misread the test.  So, it depends on how confident you are that you read the test correctly.  

Step one - get medical confirmation of a positive result.

Step two - determine what OBGYN you want.  (so - pick your doctor)  The hospital that you will use is usually based on locations your doctor has privileges at - so if you really do want a certain hospital - then you would need to pick a doctor that has privileges at that hospital.  Once you pick your doctor, your doctor will set up your care plan for the next nine months and help guide you to things you should be doing at each phase of the pregnancy.  (things like lamaze classes or meeting with a lactation specialist for breastfeeding advice)  Your doctor's staff can help you find resources you might need or want - start by asking them.  

Step three - start saving money - do NOT buy things until you are about six months along.  (unfortunate things like a miscarriage could happen - you don't want to buy things right away until you are sure things are going well.)

Step four - at about six months along - buy the major needs - like a car seat and baby crib.  (some things can wait a little longer - so think about the things you would need for a newborn - example - you don't need the highchair at this stage.)  Buy a few clothes (you don't want to buy too many in "newborn" size - it is better to buy in 0 to 3 month size in case you have a larger baby - one of my babies NEVER fit into "newborn" because she was over 8 lbs at birth.)

Start with the blood test and, if you are pregnant, find an ob/gyn doctor.  They'll help you with a lot of the details, including letting you know at which hospitals in your area they have privileges to deliver babies.

There are literally dozens of books, magazines, websites, podcast, apps and YouTube channels that can give you timelines and checklist for what to do when.  

The first thing you need to do is have your physician give you a pregnancy test to see if you're actually pregnant.  Then go from there.
