How to lose as much water weight as possible in two weeks?
I know losing water weight is not the same as losing fat and I know it is not sustainable weight loss. Regardless, looking for advice on how to lose as much water weight as possible in exactly 2 weeks. What can I do? What will be most effective? Even if I gain it all back in 2 weeks and 1 day, I want to lose as much as I possibly can in 2 weeks. Thanks so much

Reduce your sodium intake (no added salt in your food, avoid processed foods high in sodium) and drink lots of water daily. Drinking water actually flushes excess fluid from your system and as long as you don't have sodium causing fluid retention, you should be able to see your accurate weight without added "water weight".
