Do banks care if you overdraw your account?

    If you have a line of credit with them that will more than cover your overdraft, Im sure they do. The bank probably drools over any interest they can charge you.

    If you overdraw by 20, it's your problem.

    If you overdraw by 2,000,000 it starts to become their problem

    `No.  They actually want you to overdraw your account as many times as you can.  That way they get to fine you $50 for being stupid.

    Yes, they prefer it when you do especially when it is unauthorised as this increases their fee

    They care a LOT! If you do it too often, they will close your account without telling you.  It's also very expensive.  Overdraft fees add up quickly.

    They don't care as long as you have a history of paying back the overdrafts and fees.
