everyone moves out of black areas where the blacks are the dominant population even the decent blacks who suffer far more than whites from the dangerous and criminal elements in the black demographic , there is not a proportionately law abiding black community in any city on the planet, FBI figures show 500 MILLION violent crimes by black americans since 1959 I am sure that's 500 MILLION we could have done without and that's from just 12% of the population
