Is the whole world suffering?

Even if you escape most of general suffering there is still existential truths, all things are wearisome, all things are meaningless, all things are vexation of spirit, and aging and death - God has placed a heavy burden on man. 

There is hope for heaven in doing good and not evil. 

Also there is greatness and wonder in store for our time on earth by finding enlightenment, peace, joy and righteousness in God's Holy Spirit which is also termed the kingdom of God in the Bible - Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.

Yes, all life suffers in its struggle to survive.

No, just certain parts of it.
