Lock your phone from distracting apps and put on some focus music! They have a spotify on playlist for studying. Good luck.

Make a list of all the things you want to accomplish.
To help you keep to the task at hand. Put a timer on every task, a sort of goal of when you will begin the task and finish the task. Make sure the time allotted is reasonable and doable, even leaving some leeway for very short breaks like going to the bathroom etc, or a 5 or 10 minute break if needed.
Then attack each task with the goal of concentrating on that task, doing it well and it time, Afterwards you move on to the next task.
To help motivate and encourage you, you should try to do the easiest tasks in the beginning and move on to more and more difficult and longer tasks in terms of time as you go. This helps give you a psychological boost of accomplishment and making progress which motivates you to go on as you see yourself getting more and more things done.

Set a timer for 30 minutes and do the homework until the timer rings. Take a rest. Then, set the timer again and repeat. Do the homework that you think takes the most time first.

Give yourself permission to do it for just 3 minutes. That will make it easier to get started, because you know you'll only have to do it for 3 minutes. Once you've gotten started, you may find it easy to keep going. Sometimes the biggest hurdle to overcoming procrastination is inertia.

Put down the phone, no, over there where you can’t reach it, and crack open the book.
