What’s the worst Star Wars movie ?

That's a tough call... Before the recent trilogy, I would have said "Episode II: Attack of the Clones" hands down, with its clunky dialog, forced romance between Anakin and Padme, and lackluster climax, culminating with a lightsaber duel between an old man and a CG effect, but I'd still rather watch that than any of the movies in the new trilogy. 

I'll say "The Last Jedi" because even though Abrams (whose work I generally don't like anyway) rehashed "A New Hope" in "The Force Awakens" and tried to clean up the mess Johnson left in "The Rise of Skywalker" (with no real explanation as to how or why Palpatine returned, the closest mention being a blurb in the opening crawl), at least it didn't negate everything that occurred in the original trilogy or prequel trilogy. Basically, "The Last Jedi" rendered everything that preceded it moot.
