Rotator cuff surgery?
Just curious I live in New York, I just recently went to a consultation where the doctor told me, I need to wait until June to get the surgery but I have been in pain for almost a year now since I tore it lifting something heavy (my stupid fault for waiting I know) is there anyway I can expedite the surgery to get it in 2-3 weeks rather then wait all that time? thanks for all answers.

I tore a rotator cuff once. It was hard to raise my arm for over a year, but it eventually mended. I wouldn't have surgery unless you've been given a very good reason for it- the recovery from it is going to be worse than the pain you're feeling now. I agree that you should consult another doctor. The issue with hospitals being full of COVID patients and not able to do elective surgery is clearing up. There are far fewer hospitalized COVID patients now. You should be able to get the surgery if you really want it.

Find another doctor.
Ask the receptionist if there’s a cancellation if she’ll call you and schedule you.
