Can someone interpret my test result?

I'm kind of freaking out, my gyno called me but did not go over my syphilis test result being reactive, if anyone can help me interpret it that would be great? What would be my next step?

The image attached below shows the result

please be kind, i just got out of a long term relationship and got my test done, I have never had an STD issue

The screening test for syphilis was positive with a very weak positive. The confirmatory test which is more specific for syphilis, the one on the bottom was negative.

The screening test was a false positive and in certain situations some conditions other than syphilis can cause this and so the doctor needs to be sure you don't have one of those conditions if you have certain signs and symptoms.

The doctor will go over the results with you and if you don't have any obvious signs and symptoms then he will ignore the results or do additional testing for those other conditions.
