Yes, the antibodies may not last forever, but the virus needs human hosts to survive and be passed on. It's like polio- when people got vaccinated in the 1950s, the disease disappeared from the US. So people don't need to be vaccinated any more because there's no risk of being exposed to it. The risk is from those who refuse to get the vaccine. As long as they keep passing it around to each other, the rest of us won't be safe. So stop passing on misinformation, and go get vaccinated!
