Depends on the job. In Hawaii the hotel clerks basically work under those conditions but they have no problem filling the positions, the same with Miami Beach. There are unnamed benefits of many jobs

That’s what it’s like being a server pretty much lol. I get breaks if I work 8 hours or more, but if not I’m working through the shift. My managers are nice enough to let us eat on our shift , but not all restaurants are like that. I do have benefits but it’s because I work at a corporate restaurant. So it’s beneficial. Any small business bar tending/serving job doesn’t come with benefits but depending on the place, benefits/breaks aren’t worth the money you are making and you are better off just making a crap load of money.
