What's the probability of having a kid with autism if I, my spouse (female) or if both of us have it? ?

 I had a 50%  chance of producing a boy with  Duchene  Muscular Dystrophy(  I only carried the gene) and a 50% chance of producing a girl who would carry the gene. Only boys get the disease.

When I got married (1970s)  they weren't able to tell you if you were a carrier or not.
