How do you think Christians living in China cope wither the real threat and persecutions there?

How do they manage?  Is it unlikely the West will go through this?  Do you think Chinese Christians are more fervent likely?

Personally, I find parts of the west bad enough, but not like that.

Update:

@Peter, the DRAGON?  Remember the DRAGON?  It slays believers.  I certainly saw videos, heard the accounts.

You should upload videos showing how Christianity is accepted. Because the opposite is online.  Those aren't lies.

There's no doubt China is trying to use ANY DECEPTION to get world conquest.

They go through terrible persecution.  That's why we should pray for them and also support charities that take Bibles to China.  Hudson Taylor went there in the 1600s and also Gladys Aylward with the China Inland Mission.

Folks who are beaten for their faith and killed are martyrs.  They will receive a special Crown in heaven for their faithfulness not to cave in under pressure.

Stephen was the first CHurch martyr.  He was stoned for his faith in Christ and acted very Christ-like - saying "Father, do not lay this sin to their charge"  Imagine that - that's real forgiveness.

Heaven opened for Stephen and He saw the Son of Man walking about.  What an encouragement not to give in but to go on to eternal life.

It may not be like that yet in the West but it will get worse and worse.  You can see it happening already on Yahoo Answers.  Questions people ask relate to it - such as "If we killed all the Christians would that be the end of Christianity?"  It's what atheists want because they are convicted when they encounter the truth, and they hate us for it.

I'm in China. I've been here for the past 15 years. Most of my family are in England. I'm a Christian, and there's heaps of Christians in my city. Christians here go to church every Sunday, me too, just like I did when I was living in England.

There's Christian schools here, and I've never had any problem practicing my religion here. The Western right wing press likes to always present China in the worst possible light. Don't believe what you read in the right wing English/American/European press.....they are pushing an ideological/political agenda.
