Is it ever ok for my parents to constantly call me "Dumb"?

    My mom used to always call me dense. The beauty of emotional maturity is when you learn that the outside world's opinions no longer matter. Be yourself.

    Yes.  There are circumstances where this is ok.  For example when your parents know you to be capable of making smarter choices, and you refuse to do so.  To call you dumb is to call you out and challenge you to be smarter.

    Yes, if you for example do drugs then I would think it was ok.
