Do red flag laws like those proposed by Biden, which strip people of the constitutional rights without due process, pass legal muster?

Update:

So, Tolstoyevsky supports tyranny and dictatorship by Idiot Joey.  How usual of the left.

Update 2:

My bad, Tolsoyevsky.  Can't you understand how your original post could have been misinterpreted?  Because a LOT of liberals on here have gleefully said similar things when talking about confiscating guns from citizens.

This is funny, Trump tried to get them passed on the federal level and the left were the ones that stopped him. Now Joe is trying to get them and the roles have reversed. I personally want/agree with red flag laws,  sure there will be some overreach and abuses with them. That is what government does. But I have no issue with them if done properly.

a lot of people cried when Trump proposed laws that were virtually the same....

but hey..."the most progressive, most diverse slate of candidates EVER" turned into the old, wealthy white guy again....so  it was never really ever about policy...... was it?
