Do you think Biden knows that his gun ban won't work in California since the governor doesn't want felons back in prison?
In California, each day hundreds of felons and parolees are in possession of illegal firearms but they won't be sent back to prison under Gov. Nuisance's rehabilitation program for repeat offenders.

Connie Chump sound so angry, probably is one BM supporter.
In the way i see it, there are several ways to describe a Felon dude, there are the Gang Relatives worst of felons, they are the Black, latino gang relatives, according to the government they should never be out of prison, i agreed.
There are Caucasian and Chinese gang members, government treat them like the light between the green light and red stop lights so, they let them go away that is unfair based on the colors. And there are the felons no gang members that they was furious and make a mistake. Government always treat them based of gang relationship that is based on the color, if is white is right and will be out no time serve, Asian same but when no gang member make a felony and he us Black or Latino schit, he will be treat as a Gang member sentence.
The problem is not Newsome the problem is that we still working a system founded in a racist age that means gun for every white and less gun for minorities.

I heard about New York getting around that through the use of a legal loophole. I hope Californians are not ignorant to the fact that Democrats want felons to have the right to own a gun. This could be the future in California.
How to Get a Firearm in NY with a Criminal Record
Both New York and federal law prohibit people with felony convictions from owning firearms. What most people don’t know is that New York allows some people with criminal records to recover the rights they lost when they were convicted, including the right to bear arms. A person with a criminal record who obtains a Certificate of Good Conduct or a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities may be able to regain the rights he/she lost when convicted, including the right to apply for a gun permit.
