Will beating an inmate nearly to death and eating him afterwards makes other inmates afraid of you?

So he's not quite dead but I start eating him --- Yes, I think other inmates will be terrified of me.

Which may or may not be good for me.  They might be so scared of me that I'll have a fatal accident.

Unless they have one first, of course.....
