Did you walk today or stay home all day?

    I have a treadmill.  I use it 6 days a week.  I don't run as I'm old and I'm afraid I'll fall, but I do a very fast walking pace.

    I biked 20 miles, but I stayed home all day yesterday because it was raining.

    I have biked a total of 160 mi in April.

    I stayed home all day. I have been on the go on Wednesday and Thursday.

    Walked a bit. But spent half the day breaking up blocks with a sledge. And brought my sister and her dog to the vet. Didn't have the time to go for a proper walk though.

    I went to work, but I get up and walk around pretty often.  They say it's good to not sit for long stretches
