    Like anything - in moderation it actually has some health benefits (easily googled).

    It's bad if you're sensitive to caffeine.

    It's bad if you're drinking more than 4 standard cups or going over 400mg of caffeine a day.

    It's bad if you're doing those crazy large drink sizes regularly at coffee places and loading it up with syrups and full fat dairy.

    coffe is good if you didnt put to much sugar in it or no sugar at all
