Arya Samaj marriage in Nepal considered valid for immigration purposes?

My husband and I got married at an Arya Samaj temple in Nepal. He's Indian and I am not Asian at all. Can we use the documents they provide at the Arya Samaj temple to acquire entry Visa to India?
