No, you'd have to insert the needle into the epididymis to get some considerable amount of sperm. To get semen, you'd have to reach your prostate or seminal vesicle.

LMAO you have a lot to learn. Testicles don't produce semen smart one. Testicles produce the hormone testosterone and sperm. Semen is produced in the prostate gland.

This is done to remove sperm from some men who are infertile. You may get some viable sperm doing what you suggest but the fluid you remove will be intracellular testicular fluid containing sperm and not semen. It will be quite painful but if you use a clean needle and clean the area then the danger of you getting an infection and consequential gas gangrene and losing your genitals may be quite small.
