Can we still get contagious to covid- 19 after taking the 1st shot of covid - 19 vaccine? ?

I'm been vaccinated using the Sinovac Vaccine, that has an efficacy of 50% effective.. I'm wondering if I still have a chance to get infected by covid - 19 after I get ejected by the vaccine?

Over 4000 Americans have become infected with covid 3+ weeks after getting the 2nd dose of 90%+ effective vaccines and died.

= with a 50% effective vaccine, your chance of getting covid is not much different than without a vaccine.

You can, even with 90% efficacy. That's why you need to conform to the advice given.
