Does video taken on a Samsung s20 ultra looks better than the iPhone pro max when zoomed into on a computer?

You know when you open up a video player and crop zoom into details. Does it look better on the s20 ultra or iphone 12 pro max?

Update:

Only after the video has been captured and later zoomed into on a computer to check out small details

    Depends on the pixel count the more pixels the sharper the image even when zoomed brings out the details so which one has the most pixels ???

    If your that concerned about video quality, ditch the smartphone or still camera and use a camcorder.  They are designed specifically for video. 

    The Google Pixel 5 and 4a 5G are supposed to have the best smartphone cameras.
