Are prison inmates in the US alot more terrifying than any where else around the world?

You really are fixated on this, aren't you?  Do you ever open a book, watch a TV documentary?  All of your posturing is not impressing me.  When you get your wish and are imprisoned in a foreign country, perhaps you find out first hand.  I suspect Countries that don't have civil rights legislation might have prisons which are an itty-bitty worse.

The US prisons are humane and modern .... in many 3rd world prisons it is a daily fight to survive 

I would imagine they are worse 

Blacks cant handle civilized societies. They need to leave.
