Could protected sex a day before a urine drug test cause me to fail if my partner is using drugs??

    No. Not even unprotected sex would cause it.

    That depends upon how much semen you ingest.

    I don't see how. If he wasn't wearing a condom, and you had his semen in you, I can see how that would contaminate a urine test. But not if he was wearing a condom.
