“Pride is the excessive love of one’s own excellence

A man, through the love of his own worth, aims to withdraw himself from subjection to God. The creature refuses to stay within his essential orbit; he turns his back upon God, not through weakness or ignorance, but solely because in his self-exaltation“

i dont think its a sin. i think its annoying tho when people make it their personality. it goes with almost anything, cars, fishing, if you only talk about it, you'll get annoying. i dont support lgbtq, but im not against it, im fine as long as you dont make it be your personality

If you've never understood the word Pride, go to the dictionary, and it will tell you multiple meanings..., with just one word.

Why was Satan sent away from the kingdom of God?

The reason was his Pride, did he desire to be like God?

And did he convince, for no reason, the other angels to rebel against God as well, there goes their reward, Eternal Hell!

Now, tell me, do you want Pride, along with Satan, or do you desire Heaven?

Pride denotes self accomplishment and is a form of self worship. But scripture states that we are nothing, have nothing, and can do nothing that the Lord didnt make us, give us, or enable us to do. So give him all the glory.

Jeremiah 9:23-24 KJV — Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.
