What progress do you hope comes to the American judicial process from Biden's Court Commission on reforming the Supreme Court?
Should there be a Commission on each of the following also? 1) The effects of gerrymandering for partisan gain and how they skew representation in Congress and 2) The biased nature of the composition of the Senate clearly skewing things against the citizen population in making our country way less majoritarian than you would think a country that purports to be representative of the people (not land) government, and asks the fundamental question...how can the people of say Alaska have the same political power in the US Senate as the people of California with its millions of more citizens.
In summary, just a few tweaks here and there in our highly unfair and unjust American system can make it as just and fair as you imagine it should be. Its not really a whole lot. After these minor changes, the oppressor political party in our country would be seriously defanged and no longer able to do much harm to the American people.

Biden's biggest concern should be the American people. A few racist problems with police will always be happening even though many blacks and whites are on the police force. Enforcing the law is not a gentle, loving job because the criminals do not carry that nature. Since the Supreme Court is the final legal decision of our land, then Biden can do nothing concerning our Supreme Court. The job of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution correctly and what Biden wants is the Constitution changed.
Biden wants a Democratic Corporation of America.

The progress I hope comes to our systems can't be accomplished by anyone representing any political party. Sadly every attempt at "reform" just means making everyone do it our way. This is true whether it's the Dems or the GOP promising change.

I doubt that anything will come of it, especially after the two co-chairs he named are both partisan Democrats from the Obama administration (if he'd named a Democrat and a Republican then perhaps his claims of a bipartisan commission could be taken seriously). Increasing the size of the court is just a partisan power play. Establishing term limits would almost certainly require a constitutional amendment (there are several proposals to fudge this, but ultimately the Supreme Court will get to decide and I don't see them voting themselves into early retirement).

I thought the Supreme Court was a separate and equal branch of government, maybe the Supreme Court should form a commission to reform congress.
