What happens if you tell one race everything is unfair for them from birth til death? What happens to their psyche?

I recall after the Floyd riots a round table of black athletes on one of those pregame shows talked about growing up in the "hood" and how they ran every time the police came down the street....

They talked about how they'd be playing and doing nothing wrong, but when a police car rolled onto the street someone would shout "run" and they'd all run...

One guy talked about "the fear" every time they saw the black & white car... another said he still tensed up whenever he heard a siren in the distance...

The funny thing was that not a single participant cared to mention or had to courage to ask WHY this was such a conditioned response and WHO implanted it in them...
