Is it true the covid vaccine helps with long term symptoms?

I get my second dose of pfizer tomorrow, i got covid back in November and had mild symptoms while i was positive but nearly 5 months later i havent felt the same. i have fatigue, body aches, migraines, brain fog, and appetite issues.

I was just wondering if the vaccine will help me with those lingering symptoms.

Yes, that has been reported anecdotally. However, there's been no formal study on long-haulers and the vaccines, so it's unknown at this point. Still, it's a ray of hope...
