I met this person a few years ago and we had strong connection. We both kept starring into each other’s eyes for longer than 10 seconds. A year later she tweeted a paragraph in her twitter saying how much she likes me and wishing she had my number. A couple days ago she tweeted about me again. This person has not been in any relationship with anyone since her and I met. She knows thousands of people and is choosing to be single. I have been having a ton of dreams about her at night and I could feel her energy when she lives miles away.

Sounds like lust, which is the desire to get closer to each other since you lost that bond. Love is more deep than that.

How about getting in touch with her, small talk at first and see where it goes. If she has said she likes you/wants your number then she must have had feelings for you at some point, might still have and could have again. You have means to get in contact with her so just get in touch!!! Maybe she is waiting for you to make the move?? You say she knows thousands of people yet chooses to be single? Well she very well may just get bored of being single and if she is waiting on you, may decide to try one of these people she knows to try and forget you?? Are you willing to take that risk? she won't wait around forever
